Warranty / Exchange Policy
Limited One-Year Warranty for Phone Cases
TeqMob stands by all of their products to ensure that you have the best experience and are always happy with your purchases. When purchased directly through us or through an authorized reseller, all TeqMob products are warranted to be free from damage in materials or defects in the craftmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase. This Warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
We warrant that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the Warranty Period. This Warranty covers any damage resulting from manufacturing defects, except when such damage is caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, or modifications made by the customer.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To claim this Warranty, you must provide a valid proof of purchase in the form of a receipt if bought from a retail store or an email order confirmation if purchased online from one of our authorized resellers. Additionally, the original product packaging is required to complete the warranty process.
This Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of the original purchase.
If a valid warranty claim is approved during the Warranty Period, we will replace the defective Product with one of the same make. The replacement Product will have its own warranty coverage for a period of 60 days.
Shipping and Handling
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping when returning the defective item. TeqMob will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item.
This Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the Product, provided they can provide valid proof of purchase.
Limitation of Liability
Our company will not be liable to the Customer or any third party for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our products, including, without limitation, device damage, data loss, or loss of use of any product. The entire liability of the company will be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Product. Some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
